专利说明:
The invention relates to a method for dividing a tree trunk into wood products, in which the tree trunk is fed to a conveyor of a saw and there sawn approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tree trunk and divided into at least one rind, at least one side board and at least one other wood product , wherein at least one of the side boards is cut to length in the longitudinal extent of this side board by means of a cut to length transversely to the longitudinal extent. The invention is also concerned with a sawing system for performing the method mentioned at the beginning. In order to saw up a tree trunk in a sawing plant in different, possibly also suitable for further processing boards, planks or similar wood products, the tree trunk is fed to a conveyor device to a saw frame or similar sawing device. In the sawing device, the tree trunk is sawn into a rind lying on the outside and also mostly still having the bark on the flat side, into at least one side board and into core or middle boards or a model intended for recutting. The tree trunk regularly has a root section, a plait and an intermediate central section, the tree trunk in the longitudinal center plane, in particular its root section, having a frustoconical contour with a cross-section increasingly widening towards the root section. Due to this regularly frustoconical contour, a front section of the at least one side board tapering towards the plait is hardly suitable for the production of board goods beyond the outer rind and is therefore already separated out in the conveyor device. The boards and rind pieces determined as waste are separated out to the side in order to fall down from there due to gravity. Since these boards, which are initially only separated from the tree trunk by a longitudinal cut, are comparatively long, these boards can easily tilt in the conveying device and lead to a malfunction there. From DE 10 2008 063 541 A1 a method of the type mentioned is already known in order to cut a tree trunk into wood products in a sawmill. The tree trunk is measured before cutting and a strategy of optimal cutting is derived from the measured values, in which the timber is used to the largest possible percentage as finished wood products. The tree trunk is then moved in its longitudinal direction for processing and guided along fixed processing tools. The tree trunk is first sawed off or milled off on at least one side or on two opposite sides along a first plane and sawn along a second, parallel plane, so that a total of a side product is sawed off from the tree trunk. As a result, the sideboard has essentially a circular segment-shaped cross-section, the thickness being greater than and in particular twice as great as the thickness of a conventional board. Before this relatively thick side product is sawed into at least two boards by at least one saw cut parallel to the plane, at least one saw cut is made from the narrow side perpendicular to the defined parting plane up to a parting plane. The saw cuts, which are preferably carried out on both sides, are spaced apart from one another which corresponds to the greatest possible width of a board made from the first narrow board without forest edges. Subsequently, vertically continuous, lateral, second saw cuts are carried out, which have a distance from one another which corresponds to the greatest possible width of a board made from the second, wide board, free of wooded edges. As a result of the lateral sawing off, the first remnants fall freely downwards and get into a corresponding receiving device below the sawing system. By means of a horizontal third saw cut, the up to then still one-piece side goods can be divided along a parting plane, as a result of which the side goods are separated into at least two boards. Because of the previously made first saw cuts, second remnants also fall freely downwards. The saw cuts are made in such a way that the wood-edged areas are completely or partially separated from the side material with the remaining pieces. In this way, boards are created that are completely free of forest edges or that still have a precisely calculated, reduced forest edge in view of planned post-processing, e.g. tongue and groove boards. In the method previously known from DE 10 2008 063 541 A1, the tree trunk is cut into the various wood products as quickly and efficiently as possible. In order to be able to cut the tree trunk as efficiently as possible, all saw cuts are carried out in the conveying direction of the tree trunk transported on the conveyor device. The cutting to length is only provided for the wood products produced in this way. The object is to create a method of the type mentioned, which allows an efficient and as trouble-free as possible division of a tree trunk with simple technical means, even into comparatively long wood products. A further object is to create a device of the type mentioned at the beginning for carrying out the method according to the invention. In the method of the type mentioned, the solution according to the invention is that in a first procedural step, first of all on the side of the tree trunk at least one transversely to the longitudinal extent oriented cut to length is carried out to a depth that corresponds to the thickness of the at least one side board, and that the tree trunk is sawn approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tree trunk in a subsequent process step and divided into the at least one rind, the at least one side board and at least one further wood product. The method according to the invention provides that the tree trunk to be cut is fed on a conveyor to a saw, where the tree trunk is to be divided approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis and in the conveying direction into at least one rind, at least one side board and at least one further wood product. In a first process step, at least one cut to length, oriented transversely to the longitudinal extension, is first carried out on one side or on opposite sides of the tree trunk to a depth that corresponds to the thickness of the at least one side board. The tree trunk, initially only sawn laterally in one cross-sectional plane, is then transported to the saw, where the tree trunk is sawn approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tree trunk in a subsequent process step and divided into at least one rind, the at least one side board and at least one other wood product . Since the tree trunk already bears the cuts made laterally in at least one cross-sectional plane, the side goods in the area of these cut-to-length cuts break up into a front and a rear board section in the conveying direction, whereby the front board section will have a circular segment-shaped cross-section that restricts further processing due to the original conicity of the tree trunk . If this front board section of the sideboard is to be separated out, this can be done in a simple manner because this front board section of the sideboard is comparatively short and correspondingly easy to handle. In order to prepare the tree trunk on two opposite sides for cutting in the conveying direction, it is advantageous if on both sides of the tree trunk, preferably at the same time, oriented transverse cuts are carried out before the tree trunk is sawed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tree trunk in a subsequent process step. A preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention provides that the at least one side board and optionally also the at least one rind through the cut to length and in the subsequent process step through at least one saw cut oriented in the longitudinal direction of the tree trunk in a front in the conveying direction of the tree trunk and one opposite rear board section can be divided. So that the front and only partially suitable for further processing board section of the sideboard in post-processing or in a subsequent recut does not stand in the way or can lead to malfunctions of the sawing system, it is advantageous if the front board sections in the conveying direction preferably from the conveyor removed. In the sawing system of the type mentioned, the solution according to the invention is that the sawing system has a sawing device for sawing the tree trunk parallel to its longitudinal axis oriented in the conveying direction and a conveyor for feeding the tree trunk to the sawing device, and that the sawing system has at least one cross-cut saw which is arranged in the conveying direction in front of the sawing device. So that the tree trunk can be provided with appropriate cut-to-length cuts at the same time as possible on two opposite sides, it is advantageous if the sawing system has at least two cross-cut saws which can be arranged on both sides of a tree trunk and are each movable transversely to the conveyor. If the further transport of the tree trunk on the conveyor is temporarily stopped when performing the crosscuts, the cross-cut saws can optionally also be held stationary in the sawing system in the conveying direction. A further development according to the invention provides, however, that the at least one cross-cut saw can be moved parallel to the conveying device depending on the conveying speed of the conveying device in such a way that the at least one cross-cut saw travels with the tree trunk in the conveying direction. In this way, the supply of the tree trunk to the saw frame or the like sawing device is not stopped when the crosscuts are made with the help of the crosscut saws. In order to be able to divide the tree trunk with the aid of several longitudinal cuts, it is advantageous if the sawing device is designed as a saw frame. The cross-cut saws can each be designed as a circular saw or as a sword saw. A preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the sawing system is designed as a portal system. If the sawing system is designed as a portal system, the at least one cross-cut saw can be held on a carriage which can be moved along a guide track arranged above the conveyor in the conveying direction of the conveyor. In order to be able to move the at least one cross-cut saw in a cross-sectional plane oriented transversely and preferably at right angles to the conveying direction, it is advantageous if the at least one cross-cut saw is connected to the portal and in particular to the carriage of the portal system via at least one swivel arm, which in a plane oriented transversely to the guideway is held pivotable. Developments according to the invention emerge from the claims in connection with the drawing and the description. The invention is described in more detail below with reference to a preferred exemplary embodiment. 1 shows a sawing system shown in a side view for sawing a tree trunk into various wood products, FIG. 2 shows the sawing system from FIG. 1 in a front view with a view in the conveying direction of the tree trunk, and FIG 1 and 2 in a plan view. 1 to 3, a sawing machine 1 is shown, which is used to cut a tree trunk 2 into wood products. Here, round wood is also understood as a tree trunk. In the sawing plant 1, the tree trunk 2 can be fed on a conveyor 3 to a saw 4, in which saw 4 the tree trunk 2 approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis in at least one rind, at least one side board and at least one other wood product, for example in boards, planks or also a model intended for post-processing is sawn. In order to cut at least one of the side boards in the longitudinal extent of this side board by means of a cut to length transversely to the longitudinal extent, the saw system 1 has at least one cross-cut saw 5 and here at least two cross-cut saws 5, 6, which are arranged on both sides of the tree trunk 2 located on the conveyor 3 . The cross-cut saws 5, 6 are arranged in the conveying direction in front of the sawing device 4, so that in a first process step with each cross-cut saw, the cross-cut and preferably at right angles to the longitudinal extension can be made to a depth that corresponds to the specified thickness of the tree trunk corresponds to at least one side board. Only in a subsequent process step is the tree trunk sawn approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tree trunk and divided into the at least one rind, the at least one side board and at least one further wood product. Since the tree trunk 2 already carries the cross-cut and preferably perpendicular to it during the longitudinal cuts oriented in the conveying direction, the side material in the area of the cut-to-length cuts is divided into a board section at the front in the conveying direction of the tree trunk 2 and a rear board section. While the front board sections tapering in the conveying direction due to the conicity of the tree trunk in the root area can be removed from the conveyor 3, the rear board sections and the other wood products are transported on the conveyor 3 and fed, for example, to post-processing or recutting. In order to be able to carry out several longitudinal cuts oriented in the conveying direction at the same time, the sawing device 4 is designed as a saw frame and, in particular, as a vertical frame. The sawing system 1 is designed here as a portal system. The cross-cut saws 5, 6, which can be designed as circular saws or - as here - also as sword saws, are held above the conveyor device 3 on a portal 7. The cross-cut saws can be held stationary on the portal 7 in the conveying direction; however, it is also possible that each of the cross-cut saws 5, 6 is held on a common slide 8, which is displaceable along a guide track arranged above the conveyor device 3 in the conveying direction of the conveyor device 3 in such a way that the cross-cut saws 5, 6 are dependent on of the conveying speed of the conveying device 3 can be moved parallel to this, so that the cross-cut saws 5, 6 move along with the tree trunk 2 in the conveying direction. The conveying device 3 of the sawing installation 1 shown here has at least one conveying section arranged in front of the sawing device 4 and a conveying section located behind the saw 4 in the conveying direction. In the conveying section 3a arranged in front of the sawing device 4, the conveying device 3 has at least one carriage 10, 11, possibly also rail-guided, on which the tree trunk can be transported to the sawing device 4. In the conveying section 3b arranged behind the saw 4 in the conveying direction, the conveying device 3 can be designed, for example, as a roller conveyor on which the board goods divided up in the sawing device 4 are transported away. In the front view of the sawing system 1 according to FIG. These swivel arms can be swiveled in a plane oriented transversely and preferably at right angles to the conveying direction in such a way that the cross-cut saws 5, 6 can each be fed in the direction of the tree trunk 2 for performing a cross-cut cut and then moved away again from the area of the tree trunk 2.
